Use of the App

By using SWEEP, you agree to use it only for lawful personal use and in a way that does not interfere with the app or related services.

Organizer Only

SWEEP is a private tracker for sweepstakes or giveaway entries you already found elsewhere. It does not sponsor contests, sell entries, submit entries, list casinos, calculate odds, provide gambling functionality, or guarantee prizes.

You are responsible for checking and following the rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, taxes, and laws that apply to any sweepstakes, giveaway, raffle, or contest you choose to enter outside the app.

Purchases

App purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests and billing issues are managed under Apple's App Store policies.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the app. We are not liable for interruptions, device issues, data loss, third-party sweepstakes outcomes, or use of the app outside its intended tracking purpose.
